Goat Cheese with Edible Flowers and Arugula


Simply mix the chopped flowers (petals and leaves) into soft goat cheese, then shape the shape and dab more flowers over it. Any edible flower will work. Paprika nasturtium, borage and pansies are shown here. This recipe appears in our cookbook "Martha Stewart's Vegetables" (Clarkson Potter).
